Our Client: Bulge bracket New York based Investment Bank
Location: New York, New York and London
Potential Functional Responsibilities: Member of global strategy group in London and New York. Quantitative FICC (Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities), cross asset researcher(s) and/or trading strategist(s).
Must have significant experience employing quantitative research and economic modeling to market investment strategies in market indicies, funds and/or total return swaps. Knowledge of algorithmic trading strategies and stochastic modeling desired.
Must have no less than 2 years of prior experience at a bulge bracket firm and Ph.D. from a top economics, finance or mathematics program.
Prerequisites: Advanced degree from top tier university in economics, finance or mathematics. PhD’s preferred. The candidate may have a background in Fixed Income Research including commodities, index products, inflation-link strategy, interest rates and/or FX strategy, quantitative strategy or structured products research and development. Good presentation and communication skills necessary. Must be able to interact with external clients of the bank.

Preferred Date of Hire: Q1, 2010 or corresponding with bonus cycle
